So, remove elemental damage from weapons and have the element on your class item?

Yep...that would be awesome and negate duplicate weapons, clean up vaults, and overall much easier keep track of.

That wouldn't work for the exotic swords, but that would be great for my SGA. I'd love to have the SGA as a void or arc damage.
