Bungie need to be reminded that this game was marketed as a PvE game so the majority that own it are casual players. Funny how optional matchmaking across all activities hasn't made this list despite high numbers of requests and forum threads! Why isn't it on the list at least? Despite you not wanting to cater for the majority of your players, this is the main reason you have lost so many casuals to other games! So what if they take longer to complete Raids, they will learn eventually like we all do and make friends along the way. So what if the get their arse handed to them in Trials...at least they had the choice to try! I hope Activision know this is why they are losing so much revenue?
