They mentioned before TTK launch that the only way to get them is through the hard raid. I didnt get Necro yet because the Crux of Crota never drop for me.

your chance to get the crux goes up once you have already gotten the other weapons from the raid. so run the easy and the hard raid, get all the weapons, then do the hard raid. once you've done that once, the drop rate will have increased and stay that way. the reason i haven't gotten the crux is because i haven't gotten some of the easy mode weapons. like black hammer.

No, I'm saying if you got them at least once, the drop rate for the crux goes up. As long as you've gotten them at least once. Further than that I don't know what to tell you. Just keep running the hardmode.
