Please consider 1 of two NLB buff suggestions
1) Make NLB considered high impact. Not too big of an issue not but even with the master perk activated I couldn't kill a self res warlock? Cman now
2) pleaseeeee add Icarus to NLB. NLB rewards a skilled sniper and a skilled sniper needs predictable airborne jump shot abilities
