Fusion Rifles need more predictable recoil and projectile spread expressed per Fusion Rifle. The random projectile spread needs a fix. Make the spread more consistent, less variable. If Bungie considers giving a buff to the stability and impact of Fusion Rifles and they're looking for a compromise, I would suggest taking one shot from the magazine of all non-exotic Fusion Rifles. Most of the non-exotic Fusion Rifles have enough in the magazine to start. With all of this in mind, Fusion Rifles would be more useful to the community. I would also like to suggest that Fusion Rifles be given more love in terms of new weapon perks for its class like Performance Bonus, Crowd Control, Third Eye, Feeding Frenzy, etc.
