I think the recruitment part of the forums should be split into sections so you only see posts for people playing on the same platform. For example, I play on Xbox One and I'm looking for a group to run Trials of Osiris with, so I click on Recruitment then I get taken to a separate page where I can select Xbox One. That takes me to the final page where I only see posts of people playing on Xbox One and I don't have to search through hundreds of posts labeled PS4 or Xbox 360.
