You my friend have solved ALL of destiny's troubles at last it is absolutely the best buff and debuff list I have read. It already sounds like it would balance everything out and I can only add 1 thing that hunters smoke bombs don't disorient the players trapped inside of it when playing crucible keep the damage but lose the disorientation and destiny is perfectly. BTW my favourite class is a hunter and even throwing it at people I feel bad lol
