Were you here for year 1? Does anyone at Bungie understand why we all go back to year 1 when we reference the good times. If I had a wish I would like the game to go back to year 1. Not necessarily the exact same content but the quality of the content which is lacking in year 2. This is a loot based shooter, we all know that. In order to keep players engaged the loot needs to be desirable, the proverbial carrot. There are no carrots in year 2, hence no reason to play. The loot was the reason we ran endless strikes, raids and nightfall's every week, it wasn't just to reach max level. You wanted that Icebreaker, Ghorn, Suros or Vex. Yet everything has been made useless or nerfed to the point of being just another bland weapon. As far as the problems that come with it in PvP, I actually liked the imbalance of PvP from year 1. Having OP weapons in the game also gave the player an incentive to play more content to earn those weapons to take into PvP. It's the only reason I would have considered doing the Thorn bounty.
