After hearing there is a Titan exclusive exotic you can get I got pretty excited. Come to find out the "Fabian strategy" isn't worth the exotic slot and a buff to its exotic perk would be nice

what it needs is the impact to stay at 20 per head shot even though it switches fire rate that would make it worth it. also give it an optional perk that slows fire rate at long range
