TTK does not transfer from old gen to new gen, whether you're on PS3 going to PS4 or Xbox 360 going to Xbox 1; TTK DLC will not transfer over, Only the first 2 DLC's will for free. Players will have to re-purchase TTK DLC on new gen in order to have it EVEN IF you've purchased it on old gen.
