Fix the damn icebreaker cheaters. Spawning with special is bullshit!!!!

They don't spawn with it. They have to wait 8 seconds. Tough shit. I'm a month1 player and still no ice breaker for me, join the club or go in with your invective (also has ammo regen) or vestian dynasty (ammo on spawn(will test myself))
