Not really, it would be better to push on and leave last gen behind. By releasing a product only on the next gen that's already been out for a few years, you force more players to move up to meet it. They'll have to upgrade eventually, it's inevitable. That would be the time to force hands. This from a guy who only plays on 360.

From a business sense, it would most certainly NOT be beneficial to leave 10's of millions of dollars on the table by leaving last gen out.
