Guaranteed drops based upon skill-based accomplishments in PVP.. You should get a guaranteed legendary engram for certain KDs, certain accuracy percentages, objective accomplishments, etc. it would establish tangible goals for players to strive for in a match. How different would a Control match be if players were awarded a legendary drop for achieving XX+ captures?

I'd love to see items, weapons and shaders/emblems in the game that are truly attainable only by those capable of pulling off feats.... And not just by everyone willing to invest X hours in the game
