And everything I listed was his neutral game which was like 3-5 perks in his 6 perk tree
Just cause a few perks effect super doesn't mean it's a super based subclass

You only listed two perks that were for the neutral game and simmering flame requires your super bar to be full so it isn't really a neutral game perk because it requires your super bar to be full. So yes he is correct the class was obviously built around its super and making it more effective
