Damage referee is not working! There needs to be a way for hardcore players to communicate more effectively what they are experiencing. Just played a match where a fire team of three in control where all yellow red bar. I was point blank shooting them and no damage registration literally not even shield going down! Bungie please what have you done to PvP its toxic! Every game every game there are red bars. Enough with the small fixes adjusts. Take this offline for a week and fix it once and for all!
