It's been posted before but wasn't listed in the latest fixes but the Cocoon perk doesn't work on heavy weapons.

It works. But there is a hitch. When you pick up more ammo, bring out you heavy then switch back. For some reason it has to be switched to before the perk activates with new ammo.
