Some strike like the dust palace and shield brothers don't allow the use of a three of coins. With the psion flayers it just doesn't work at all and in the shield brothers it is wasted on the first brother you kill. It needs to be changed to where it works only for the last flayer or brother you kill and killing the other won't cause the three of coins to be used.
