yeah the original idea was to have the tower somewhere along the outer wall at a decommissioned site, but it didnt work well with the whole "reclaim this site from a group of fallen" and also part of the idea is to have the option to change the setting in which your tower or outpost was positioned, say for instance, out in the ocean, or up in the mountains
