I have no idea about how some of the legal stuff works, but I feel as if there should be some legitimate legal consequences for Bungie about not delivering a product as they advertised it.

 • Should be. People have gone to the bureau of better business, especially once TTK was released and players who didn't buy it were cut off from stuff they paid for with vanilla and the 2 DLC's. The BBB there was a lot of people coming for Destiny. Unfortunately a lot of it was Bs like "I want a refund!", to which the BBB looks at players profile "player has played over 300 hours, no refund acceptable". So those bs complaints clogged the system, and the real complaints, the ones that didn't want a refund, wanted change got treated like those other complaints, with auto replies.
