Hi Cozmo,
Would be cool if there was a way for the community to vote for the items on the wish list. I work in software development and we offer a portal for our clients to submit suggestions which everyone can vote on. It gives us a sense of the overall priorities in the community. For example, I'm going to wager that a lot more people will vote for in-game lfg tools than guardian facial hair. If guardian facial hair comes first, even though it's on the community wish list, you'll probably see quite a bit of backlash.
Food for thought.
Thanks!

Edited by FizzaFarian: 2/6/2016 6:37:34 PMJust adding to this - when we didn't have community voting and worked off a generic list, the team tended to shoot for lots of the smaller items on there. Even though we delivered, it didn't raise the satisfaction of our community one bit as it just conveyed that we were ignoring the major issues / impact items and were looking for an easy way out. Once we had the voting process in place, we also opened comments on each item and provided updates as we began working on them. Even small updates such as hey - "we've just started working on the design for this item and are really excited about some of the ideas <insert transparent funny update about our last design session>" etc Oh and when there was an item included that would either take a while or would not be addressing, we made sure to let the community know and explained why. Even though we inevitably lost some clients, we found the majority to be understanding and more patient when it came to waiting on the big things. Just keep us engaged.
