I think destiny needs a Rogue Planet "dark zone" like the division has where anything is ok. I can go into patrol and hunt other guardians or during the end of a strike when the afk kid gets a good weapon I can kill him and take it, that would level out rngesus. Also there needs to be an indigenous species that r like strike boss tier that are neutral to guardians and I can either attack them for great loot or befriend them and trade with them.
