Make a monthly Prison of Elders event that drops year 2 gear. This would be an IB like event for PvEs to flex their stuff. Bump up the PoE difficulty and offer top tier rewards for single character completion of all 4 levels of the arena. This would appease all the guardians who are lacking content in year 2. Just an idea....
