tlw was perfectly fine in 2.0 people just didn't know how to use it so called it bad it was only good in a skilled hand, now it's buffed it's overused again so just return to 2.0 form
Thorn reduce impact so not a 3 shot body kill
Nlb buff impact to 1k stare so ability to Res snipe and shut down supers
Messenger Arche type of pulses buff back to, 2 burst headshot kill requiring all 6/8 shots hit the head
Buff amount off rockets dropped in heavy ammo to 3 for all rockets and 5 or more if wearing heavy or rocket ammo increases ( adds more diversity to heavy ammo instead of everyone carrying a quilliums, and rockets take more acuacry to use now then they did in year 1 since the proximity nerf) nerf the heavy picked up by all machine guns you shouldn't be able to hold it until the next heavy like most people do
Stability buff to all autos and pulses (apart from messenger Arche type because it should take a lot off skill to pull off a 2 burst kill)
Blade dancers fix the hit box issue
Gun slingers damage reduction to 50% like all other roaming supers and buff the duration
Night stalkers damage reduction by 50% when using quiver, make the grenades actually viable in pvp
Warlocks nerf melee range all round
Stormcallers nerf the duration buff when using transcendence.
Strikers nerf the duration and range of lightning grenades
And if someone is 5 metres off the ground when fist of havoc is activated it shouldn't kill them
Pve
Buff damage of pulses slightly and buff autos a lot..
Blade dancers more orb generation, buff damage of arc blade, increase invisibility duration
Gunslingers buff damage off gg
Strikers buff duration of aftermath
Fusion rifles need a buff all round but I don't know how to without them being broken..
Lifestyle fixes:
Rotate weapons and armour on tower vendors
Exotics to be dropped at 320 if above guardians current light is above 310
All though the idea of 3 of coins was a good idea it's making exotics to common and easy to get even though a lot of people complained about the grind in year 1 people still played to get that gally year 2 a bigger complaint is how easy exotics are to get. So remove 3 of coins and buff the percentage off getting exotics where the grind is still there but not ridiculously easy to get them.
Event/raid collection vendors, fatebringer in year 1 was just a nesicity now useless I've dismantled all my vog and ce weapons.. Because they were taking up space and needed motes you should be able to collect them as they are "special" weapons and armour. Also wth weapons like the supremecy

Year 1 raids and Poe updated with challenge modes added ( with weapons it's more complicated I.e no black hammer as if it was added black spindle would be useless. And there's already year 2 versions off a few weapons) loot could be year 2 vex, nechrocasm and Poe exotics and emblems. As said updating the old raid weapons is more complicated
Add night full buff back
Add all year 1 exotics back don't release as updates gally won't dominate pve anymore and the nerds suggested should combat thorn

Get pricing right. in the uk the taken King was the same price as the base game... £17.50 for db and how sized dlc £32 for ttk sized dlc and £40-45 for next base game release. this is just what I feel the pricing should be in the uk.
Update the match making features ( I'm not an expert but all the streamers and youtubers are asking for dedicated servers) trials should be skill based unfortunately but a 2.0 average team coming up against a 0.8 average team isn't fair trials is suppose to be competitive it is a lot more competive then year 1 thanks to being matched against similarly amount of wins teams.

Give the combined arms playlist some love. More maps larger team size 6v6 on those map isn't enough people 10v10 or 12v12 would be alright and the inclusion of more vechiles would make it more relevant
More Intresting characters ( cayde in taken King was amazing) make your guardian actually have a voice and be Intresting
