Not all the ones you can buy have best perks, and you can get drops on guns that aren't for sale. I got several fusions rifles last ib, kept one that had decent perks broke the other down. Would be nice go reroll the guns I got bad perks on since I only get a chance to grind for them once a month, and not every gun that's dropping is for sale.
