Some of these changes are pointless I'm sorry to say. Not only are the reticle changes pointless, it's money that would be better spent on free content. In terms of damage, range etc. changes, things like a 3% decrease on thunderstrike is ridiculous. No one would notice at all and it would make an in-game difference of 10cm (3 and a half inches if you're American). Some of this stuff I agree with, but changing parts of every class is not what the game needs, especially when most aren't needing any changes and titans literally just got changed. Sunbreaker buffs yes to some of your suggestions but there shouldn't be any more buffs to the other classes, at least not yet. Hunters need some blade dancer buffs but the rest is fine (it's game mechanics that need fixing there anyway) and warlocks need an increase in super usage when actually using the lightning (not while skating around looking for the last jedi) and a reduction in the firebolt burn (8/9 damage and 3-5 lass 'ticks').
We've seen before that large changes do more bad than good (overdid sunbreaker slightly, overdid authorities big time, over did handcanons slightly, over buffed pulse rifles to name a few) so why should we witness the same mistake again? Don't get me wrong, I'm glad to see someone thinking things through like you have, but in my eyes, you've missed the history of this game and failed to learn from it in this instance.
