Spending 150 legendary marks on blue weapons and armor would turn them into legendary gear. Instead of seeing the same weapon and armor everywhere, it would add uniqueness and diversity.

Omg yes!! I have so many cool cloaks in my vault but they are blue quality so there is no use for me to use them... :(
