MIDA only feels OP because everything else has been nerfed to shit.
MIDA has and never will be OP, how do I know? I've been using it as my main primary since day one.

I don't think you understand what it means for a weapon to be overpowered. There's no absolute standard by which you can say a weapon is over or under powered. It is relative to the other weapons available. Right now MIDA Multi-Tool does so many things so much better than alternatives and has so few counters that it's rather difficult to compete with. That makes it overpowered. I think the original poster's suggestions are very good changes if no other weapons are rebalanced. Still, I don't think MIDA is much of a problem at all compared to The Last Word.
