Consider giving points towards your reputation even if you lose in iron banner. I don't have a 6 man team and have been grinding all day and almost all losses and I get no reputation.

I agree. The fact that they max us out with five medallions is the very reason people quit the match when losing by a large margin. It should just be unlimited and upon winning you cash it for maybe slightly lower rep than what we get now. It would provide an incentive to stick around on bad match ups.
