All exotics engrams 320, exotics buys 300, event gear (IB,SRL,RAID and NF) 320 and make all year 1 infusible. Getting 320 is not the think, getting a good role and the right weapon for the situation and having it at 320 is, and this makes it playable even the year 1 raids. If you have to infuse an exotic into a legendary to get it 320 then you do and try for more. Legendary engrams,drops 280 at least, if you can buy it 280 then it should drop at 280 at least. One more thing, field scout bring it back why was this even thought of to be taken away. Some year 2 exotics still have it and need it.
