That line gets quoted a lot, but when he said he, he was clearly joking around with the interviewer. I know my saying that isn't gonna stop people from quoting that line, but that's what I inferred from the context.

He was being facetious and having fun in an interview you clown. Listen to any other of his interviews, he is always joking around and being sarcastic.
