Boolean Gemini changes
Boolean Gemini having just an armor OR agility buff seems kinda off balanced, do you think there should be some changes to this somewhat underpowered exotic?

I feel that if both perks worked then I would feel it be worth taking up an exotic slot. At least it's more useful than Fabian Strategy.
