I agree with him. The same problem occurs. You're only matched against people who have the same record on their trials card. So, again, you're matched against people across the globe. Last night I was matched against Germany, Norway, UK, etc when I'm in the USA.

bump...two weeks ago I remember my ToO crew got to the ninth win on two cards and on both cards got placed with other country players and the lag made it unplayable.

Well its hard to believe that no one else in the US is not in the same spot on their card. Bungie needs to get it together.
