Why are y'all upset, this dudes right, bungie is -blam!-ing up and they should know that, it's his opinion(and many others) let him say it

What is it they're doing wrong exactly? Let's say he has a local network problem with his ISP and NAT. Is that Bungie's fault too? Why don't we blame the unemployment rate and the state of the economy on them too while we're at it.
