Put more of a focus on primary weapons in the crucible, shotgun/snipers every match with little to NO primary usage! Maybe do not spawn with special and put one special ammo crate in the middle of the map that only spawns twice! Make people use there special weapon in a situation instead of using nothing but special weapons!
