Should Black Spindle have Final Round?
Black Spindle is based around getting headshots. Final round only procs when you get a headshot. Mulligan is a crappy perk. Black Spindle would be way more effective with Final Round.

Or they can make black spindle have the original white nail Perk as before they nerfed it they did say it exotic tier
