- Dedicated Servers
- Connection based matchmaking
- Some sort of in game matchmaking for raids and trials. Doesn't need to be blind but needs to be in game.
- More Variety in weapons, everyone is using the same 3 guns. Redoing year 1 snipers like LDR and Longbow add variety without changing the archetypes you put into place
- Better raid rewards. The HM raids guns were a joke. Reskins of the original. Why isn't cocoon an intrinsic perk? Made most of them useless for PVP.
- Expand the clan system so that it means something. Bungie made a social game and it seems most players struggle to find players to play with. Forums aren't enough. There needs to be more in game features.

To expand on your weapons section, let's add some SMGs or duel-wield sidearms and The Chaperone; maybe a double-barrel shotgun that's duel-wield. (btw when I refer to The Chaperone I mean that we should be able to duel-wield it since it is the only lever shotgun in the game.)
