I think you misunderstand, you can't earn it. anything dropped by RNG is just a lucky drop, earning it implies that you did something specific to get it.

It drops while playing a flawless trials card, so only getting matched with flawless teams.

trials is basically normal pvp... so facing other teams that have gone flawless shouldn't be something hard, it's just pinning you up against peers. and most of the time that whole thing is -blam!-ed anyways
