I wouldn't call it OP per se. There are other classes and other sets that are similar from a damage standpoint. This one is one of the easier ones to gear towards.

I just love having all my minions and having other gear as well that raises their damage even further but yes I've seen quite a few barb builds that are uterly ridiculous.
