You have no idea how marketing games works if you want them to just "bring over exclusives" from PS4. Those weapons and whatever are there because Sony paid extra money to have those exclusively on PS4 so people who wanted to pay destiny would be more likely to go to PS4. If they just brought over year 2 exclusives they'd probably be breaching a contract of some sort
