Matchmaking for normal raids so people can get raid experience and it's only normal so there's not as much riding on it. Some people hate having to go and lfg but I don't think that should change for hard. Plus if people don't want to match make they could still find a fireteam. Even though a lot of people disagree with this it should at least be an option. Again only for normal though!
