You need to go at least 10-0 to get it. In all likelihood you'll have to go 14-0 or 17-0 (or more) to get it because of rng. I'd say that qualifies as earning.

Not "-0", you can get it on a 14-1 card or a 17-2 card. You just nees to make it past 9 wins, regardless of losses. The -0 part just gives you more leeway when farming.

You have not seen it drop at seven wins. That is impossible. You have to go flawless first then continue to win matchs. Its as simple as that.
