Destiny Vanguard armory missing.

Never got Vanguard armory (weapons and gear). Going to start a new character what do I need to do to fix it?

Hi, If you qualified for the preorder bonuses the items are for sale at the vanguard quartermaster in the tower hanger. They are the uncommon (green) items
