I was listening to the latest "Crucible Radio" podcast on Planet Destiny's YouTube channel, when they mentioned a fantastic idea for the Court of Oryx so I expanded on that: Boss Runes! Essentially when you defeat any Strike or Raid boss they will drop a rune once a week. You can use the Boss Runes on the opposite side of the normal runes. When you pop one in you fight a "Taken" version of the boss w/ new mechanics for new loot! Maybe taken themed weapons and armor?? Tier 1: Strike Bosses 280 Tier 2: Raid/PoE bosses 300 Tier 3: Aetheon, Crota, and Skolas 320 I thought this was brilliant because it would give a reason to run the old raids once again, and gives updated versions of our favorite weapons, and possibly a way to upgrade the Vex Mythoclast, etc. I thought it would be cool, and not as difficult to program as completely new content. (Of course that would be great as well) Go ahead and complain about the idea all you want, just try to make your comments mildly useful while your at it.
