Dude it should be hard to res someone after they died otherwise only shotguns would be used snipers would be useless. Whats the point of a sniper if you can pick them up again at any point? Most people are over 310 light now. And more if skill match making is more important than conection you will find you will get red bar constantly? Is that what you really want.
