Faction sparrows and ghosts.
The Iron Banner and Trials ghosts don't look cool. Put some effort into them and make then amazing to look at. As well as faction ghosts. Don't just make a red one for New Monarchy. Put emblems and a good unique paint job on the model
Maybe even have exotic ghost shells and sparrows or even exotic ships from factions
