Because it's not what it was supposed to be all those years ago. Sadly Destiny 1 will never be what it was intended to be. Hopefully Bungie does way better with 2. It's not console limitations like they want you to think. They ran out of time, lost higher-ups and had to cut out some stuff and build back what they could in the time they had. I'd rather have a complete Destiny 2 and wait till 2017 than have a rushed game again.
