I don't see why we loose this to Weapon Parts, it could have stayed. Oh the amount of times I'e been empty on the one ammo I needed the most, and oh snap I can't buy a way to get it any more on the run.
If you don't let us buy it, at the very least let us trade for it (ie: 50 Spinmetal for 1 primary synthesis).
