Many people are wishing for matchmaking on raids. I am aware that this won't happen. But at least consider it. There are many people who are new or have a second or third character, that cannot get help on raids, recruitment forum or no. There are people who just will not do a raid with anyone less than 310 light. If you won't make raid matchmaking, maybe make 300+ gear a bit more available. Iron banner and SRL are the only ways I am aware of. There might be some gear in Trials of Osiris, but the same problem lies there with people only taking 310+ light.
