Relentless Tracker perk should be changed to make it a more desirable and useful perk: When weapon is equipped, enhanced motion tracker resolution is enabled while aiming down sights. remove kills requirement entirely. It also gives some reason for those attachments on the sides of some weapons like the Mida Multitool. Last Resort perk is near useless and undesirable. At least allow the perk to proc when "...wielder is the last living or only player of their Fireteam". Since endgame play is about team play, this perk would reinforce the idea that going solo is a _last_ resort (ie. even if you could shoot faster, reload faster, some activities are still near impossible without a team).
