Even though they won't read this, I'll put it anyway.
There absolutely NEEDS to be an option to NEVER join games in progress for Crucible.
How the hell is it fair, especially for Iron Banner, to join a team that's losing 5000 to 16000??
This should never happen. Fix it

I'd say lock the game after a total of 10,000 points scored. If someone quits they are tied to that game's outcomes do can't join another game until that game is complete. Suffer the fate of your TEAM!
